Melissa Tatge
Creative Director & Designer
Melissa believes that a multidisciplinary approach to design makes for well-rounded exposure in the marketplace. Her diverse experience—in graphic design, product design, environmental graphics, surface design, interior design and web design—enables her to create a 360-degree approach to her clients’ communications requirements. Melissa began her career in 1994 working at Stan Adler Associates in New York City. For the next 10 years
she created brands and identity, products, print collateral,
advertising, web sites, presentations, packaging and signage for corporations, small business, and non-profits alike. Prior to hanging her shingle, Melissa worked for Portland non-profit Ecotrust as Creative Director. Wildly busy for three years trying to keep up with a gang of ambitious conservationists, her most interesting and favorite challenge was to develop the brand Salmon Nation, Ecotrust's keystone communication tool. Since establishing Melissa Tatge Creative in September 2004, she has been busy as ever developing brands, web sites, collateral and experiences for non-profits, small businesses, and corporations across the country. As a creative director and designer, Melissa may be bossy and opinionated, but she’ll always deliver her best.

Laura Golben Designer
After graduating from Salisbury University with a BFA in Graphic Design in May 2007, Laura went straight to work at AJ Ross Creative Media. While holding the position of Senior Designer, Laura was able to work with many local, national, and international clients in the corporate, medical, and real estate fields. She also had the opportunity to fulfill one of her dreams and help launch a new lifestyle magazine for Orange County, NY called Orange Magazine. She believes she has now found her niche providing her design services for smaller companies and non-profits. Her experience with brand identity, marketing collateral, print advertisements, magazine design, web design, and illustration, help her meet clients' expectations easily and effectively. When Laura is not designing away, she likes to spend time with her friends and family, hike, listen to live music, cook, watch Giants football and play with her three Australian shepherds.
Laura has been working with Melissa in the studio since 2008. |

We turn to these creative individuals for their good sense, exceptional insight, and great collaboration skills. As a virtual agency, we assemble targeted teams, drawing on a pool of experienced professionals who have excelled in their fields and are now working independently together. This enables us to create the ideal team for each client’s unique needs and challenges. The virtual aspect of our agency has led us to develop excellent communication skills among team members and with the client throughout a project. We utilize technology to unite team members and clients. Examples of our tactics include weekly conference calls, flocks of emails and a web-based design center, which enables our clients to review and access all of a project’s deliverables digitally. Our disciplined process and schedule allow us to work together efficiently and effectively, regardless of the geographical spread of team members.
